He is experienced in the areas of commercial contracts, international sales, debt collection, insolvency proceedings, construction and public procurement review proceedings, medical malpractice.

He has taught Business Law at the American University in Bulgaria and Civil Procedure and ADR in the South-West University, Bulgaria.
